Base pay range

Private Equity Finance Associate
Dallas, TX - hybrid, 2 days onsite

One of Vaco's private asset managers is looking to onboard a Senior Fund Finance Associate as part of a recent internal promotion. Associates will be working directly with the VP on investor-focused portfolio performance and 100% of the financial aspects of their contracts.

This is a super complex environment with regards to assets, intercompany transactions and cash and, as such, they need someone that can work through bespoke calculations for each contract to be able to model out financial performance for the entities. Associates will also be responsible for preparing investor reporting packages, preparing and reviewing capital calls and distribution calculations.

Compensation: $120-150K + 20-25% Bonus

Day-to-day

• Tracking, evaluating and modeling ROI on investments, calculating overall fund performance and preparing actionable insight for the executive team.
• Prepare and review capital calls and distribution notices to investors.
• Support cash management and treasury functions, including bank reconciliations and liquidity planning.
• Preparing NAV calculations, capital account statements, and investor reporting.
