The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience), 5–10 years in Accounting/Finance, strong Excel/Access skills, and experience with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Accounting/Finance
• 5–10 years of relevant, progressive experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience with MS Excel and/or MS Access
• Experience with Power BI
• Strong relationship building skills
• Ability to think strategically and act proactively to create trust with business units
• Travel required; office-based; works primarily off-office, interacts with multiple sites
• HIPAA compliance awareness and data security requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and business related analysis and prepare forecasts and analyses of trends
• Develop and/or document business policies and conduct financial studies with other departments
• Prepare ad hoc reports, data gathering, analysis and presentation of findings
• Lead and document financial analysis projects and coordinate progress to meet deadlines
• Maintain spreadsheets and databases and generate reports for distribution
• Present analyses to management and provide recommendations based on data
