Job summary

Faire, a technology wholesale platform, seeks a Senior Finance Analytics Engineer to scale data pipelines and financial reporting across the company. You’ll automate accounting processes, build robust ETL/ELT workflows, and partner with Accounting, Finance, and Engineering to unlock actionable insights.

As a senior team member, you’ll shape the data roadmap, ensure data quality, and drive Gen-AI enabled automation to boost productivity while supporting SOX controls and finance operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, BI, or similar.
• Expert in SQL with data modeling and large-scale processing.
• Production-grade ETL/ELT workflows; experience with Airflow, dbt, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in Python for pipelines and automation.
• Experience with CI/CD and Git for production data pipelines; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and maintain complex ETL/ELT pipelines aggregating key metrics.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance to ensure ledgers reflect business changes.
• Collaborate with Engineering/Data Infra to manage data integrations (Fivetran, S3).
• Implement monitoring, testing, and CI/CD for data workflows and quality.
• Lead data strategy Roadmap; drive Gen-AI enabled productivity improvements.
