Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Sr Analyst Finance Co-pilot - Waste to support the Supply Chain organization. You will deliver clarity of results, partner across functions on projects, and drive insights through ad hoc analyses to reduce waste and improve profitability.

You will lead financial reporting, communicate savings opportunities to stakeholders, and act as the primary finance partner on multiple cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Experience in cost management and financial analysis within a supply chain context preferred.
• Strong ability to develop strategy and manage end-to-end projects with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify insights to improve profitability by eliminating waste and provide up-to-date reporting.
• Update cost savings projects to provide financial clarity across cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and present ideas to a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to implement savings and validate results.
• Communicate savings status to leadership to inform actions.
• Lead month-end reporting on Waste expenses and forecast implications.
• Translate operational metrics into financial results for the business unit.
• Act as the lead Finance partner on cross-functional Supply Chain initiatives to optimize savings.
• Aggregate cost savings targets across Supply Chain to meet objectives.
• Track savings versus plan with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide stable, reliable forecast and clear driving cost drivers.
• Demonstrate financial acumen within Supply Chain Operations.
