Job summary

GALLO is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our finance team. You will analyze financial data, forecast business performance, and evaluate the impact of projects on profitability across manufacturing, sales, and corporate functions.

You will prepare variance analyses, budgets, and reports to guide management decisions. The role requires ownership, intrapreneurship, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, economics, statistics or mathematics, increasing responsibility.
• MS Excel at an intermediate level.
• Travel to company offices and events up to 5% of the time.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, expenses, rate of return, depreciation, working capital, and investments.
• Prepare forecasts and analyze trends across manufacturing, sales, and finance.
• Develop work plans, perform in-depth analyses, identify options, and prepare reports for management decisions.
• Contribute to department budgets, monitor actuals vs. budget, and prepare variance statements.
• Develop procedures and performance measures; conduct special financial studies as needed.
