Job summary

Gallo Glass is seeking a Manager, Operations Finance, Glass to shape the financial and operational performance of a dynamic business unit. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, capex planning, and budget tracking while building a high-performing administrative team.

You will partner across departments to evaluate business models, operating systems, and procedures, turning insights into actionable recommendations that improve cost, quality, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• MBA degree plus 4 years of finance, accounting, audit, military, operations, supply chain, sales, consulting, engineering or wine industry experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Leadership experience to include coaching and developing others or managing complex or cross-functional projects.
• Experience with MS Word and MS Excel at an intermediate level.
• Required to be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and budget tracking.
• Partner across departments to evaluate business models, operating systems, and procedures.
• Translate trends and complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and guide capital investment decisions.
