Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in finance and/or accounting.

• MBA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP, PowerBI, Hyperion, Blackline.
• 2 years in manufacturing and cost accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance management: monthly close, reporting, forecasts, and budgets.
• Lead standard costing updates and cost accounting analyses.
• Ensure SOX/GaAP compliance and strong internal controls.
• Identify savings opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Partner with Supply Chain teams across North America and support capital investments.
• Drive financial analytics to support TPM Loss reduction culture.
