Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to partner with finance and commercial teams, delivering critical insights and reports to support decision making. This role focuses on performance monitoring, data gathering, and analytical recommendations to drive business outcomes.

You will contribute to forecasting, budgeting, and the development of finance capabilities across the organization while aligning with company culture and growth initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree plus at least one year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred financial analysis experience in a corporate environment.
• Must be detail oriented with strong analytical and financial skills.

Mansioni

• Create detailed financial reporting and analysis to assess performance vs. targets, with commentary on variances.
• Support financial forecasting and planning activities to drive decision making.
• Proactively manage accounts receivable and fund balances against budgets.
• Drive process optimization and standardization using systems and data to increase efficiency.
• Deliver robust business performance management processes to ensure delivery of relevant financial metrics.
• Enable development of finance talent through building capability and continuous improvement culture.
