Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States seeks a Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial governance and operating efficiency. You will oversee cost management, ensure compliance, and support ERP controls while partnering across functions to deliver accurate reporting.

The role offers a remote or hybrid work model with a preference for candidates near Arlington, VA, Solon, OH, or Bridgewater, NJ for onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• Master's degree or CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze expenses, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with Nestlé Accounting Standards.
• Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls.
