Job summary

FirstKey Homes LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A to serve as the primary finance partner for portfolio views. You will lead the MOR portfolio performance review and provide real-time analyses of P&L drivers.

You will build driver-based models, support rolling forecasts and budgets, and collaborate across Accounting, Operations and ownership teams to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial planning processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business, Statistics or equivalent.
• 2 years progressive experience in a financial/analyst role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject‑matter expert on portfolio monthly results across all P&L lines.
• Investigate drivers of portfolio performance and quantify risks/opportunities.
• Partner with Accounting, Operations and ownership to ensure timely close.
• Lead first‑pass portfolio review meetings and present variances vs forecast.
• Prepare MOR package and consolidate data from core systems (Yardi, OneStream, Power BI).
• Build and maintain driver‑based models to forecast portfolios at multiple levels.
• Assist in forecasts and annual budgets; gather assumptions and prepare materials.
• Support quarterly investor reporting and debt covenant reporting.
• Automate recurring analyses and dashboards in Power BI; uphold FP&A controls.
• Perform strategic and ad-hoc analyses as assigned.
