Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business with an Accounting emphasis, or related field.
• 1+ years in cost accounting, inventory accounting, manufacturing finance, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, cost accounting, financial reporting, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, SAP or ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP, Alteryx or Tableau, or ability to learn new financial reporting/digitalization technologies.
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare inventory-related journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and monthly close activities.
• Analyze inventory balances, product cost variances, moving averages, excess/obsolete inventory, and NCR stock.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Supply Chain, and Operations to investigate discrepancies and improve accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute financial reports and ad hoc analyses for U.S. and global stakeholders.
• Support internal/external audits with accurate documentation and information requests.
• Utilize SAP, Excel, Alteryx, Tableau to automate analyses and improve reporting.
