Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Senior Business and Financial Analyst to provide high-level financial analysis and reporting support for the Dahlgren, VA program. The ideal candidate will have a Secret clearance and a strong background in budgeting, forecasting, ERP systems, and financial reporting to support senior leadership and government clients.

This role collaborates with program managers and contracts personnel to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of experience performing financial analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, requisitioning, forecasting, and utilization of ERP financial software.
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive financial analysis to support program and organizational decision-making, identifying trends, variances, and financial risk or opportunity.
• Develop, prepare, and maintain financial reports for internal leadership and external government stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support preparation of financial briefings, presentations, and status reports for senior leadership and government clients.
• Coordinate with program managers, contracting personnel, and other stakeholders to ensure financial activities align with program plans and contract requirements.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, working with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
• Assist in developing and improving financial processes, tools, and SOPs to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
