Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to drive financial governance and operational efficiency by overseeing cost management, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP controls. You will partner across functions and deliver accurate reporting and insights for informed business decisions.

The role supports remote or hybrid work and requires collaboration across teams to optimize accounting operations and financial processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel (PivotTables and VLOOKUP) and Office Suite.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
• Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations

Senior Finance Analyst role

The Senior Finance Analyst role drives financial governance and operational efficiency by overseeing white-collar cost management, ensuring compliance, and supporting ERP controls. Partnering across functions, the Senior Analyst delivers accurate financial reporting and actionable insights that enable informed business decisions.

Location & Work Model

Remote or hybrid; Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestlé Accounting Standards
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and analysis
• Assist with ERP and system enhancements to improve financial reporting and controls
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions
• Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounting operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• ~ Master's degree, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred
• ~3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including PivotTables and VLOOKUP); working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• ~ Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business applications
• ~ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS)

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
