Job summary

Peugeot Sport (Stellantis Motorsport) in Auburn Hills, MI, seeks a Finance Professional to partner with various workstreams to ensure P&L impact and accurate reporting for Value Creation Program initiatives.

The role focuses on reviewing business cases, validating savings, and collaborating across functions to drive initiative planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial or commercial finance, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven ability in business case analysis, financial modeling, and savings validation.

Responsibilities

• Review business cases, assess assumptions, risks, and outcomes for credibility.
• Validate initiative savings by analyzing data and confirming benefits realization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support planning, execution, and post- implementation reviews.
• Monitor performance of VCP initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.

Job description

The VCP Finance Professional has a main priority to partner with various (Commercial / Industrial) Workstreams to ensure there is a P&L impact and proper financial reporting for all initiatives within the Value Creation Program (VCP).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of business cases, assessing financial assumptions, risks, and projected outcomes to ensure credibility and accuracy
• Validate initiative savings by analyzing data, verifying cost reductions, and confirming benefits realization against targets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support initiative planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews
• Monitor ongoing performance of VCP initiatives, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and corrective action

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification
• 5+ years of experience in industrial or commercial finance, FP&A, cost management, or a comparable analytical role
• Proven experience in business case analysis, financial modeling, and savings validation
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a cross-function, matrixed environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or professional certification
• OEM/automotive supplier or other manufacturing industry experience - with emphasis in supply chain, direct material/in-direct material, manufacturing, and/or purchasing
