Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst / Accounting Manager to support accounting operations, financial analysis, and reporting under the CFO.

This senior IC role covers month-end close, invoicing, collections, and budgeting, with exposure to leadership. You will work across departments, prepare internal and corporate reporting, optimize processes, and contribute to forecasting and cash flow analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting, finance, or combined finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial statement reporting, and month-end close.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows.
• Experience with invoicing, collections, expense reporting, and cash disbursements.
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, account analysis, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, profitability analysis, and cash flow analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a Finance & Accounting Analyst / Accounting Manager to join their Finance team. This is a senior individual contributor role supporting accounting operations and financial analysis without direct supervisory responsibilities.

The position supports month-end close and day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, collections, expense reporting, and cash disbursements, while also contributing to financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
