Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Strong MS Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
• Ability to read and interpret business, technical, contractual, and regulatory information; write clear business reports and procedures; and present to management.

Responsibilities

• Track, forecast, and oversee the movement of funds in and out of the business (treasury).
• Assist with company credit facility; interest accruals, covenant compliance support, forecasting, lender requests, etc.
• Period-end review and analysis of company financial statements for G&A accounting units.
• Assist in coordination and support of annual audit with external auditors.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial results, trends, and KPIs.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting to support management decisions.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement solutions.
