Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant accounting, finance, or related experience.
• Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core financial concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take ownership, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Track, maintain, forecast, and oversee movement of funds (treasury).
• Assist with credit facility; interest accruals, covenant compliance, forecasting, lender requests.
• Period-end review and analysis of financial statements within a structured audit program.
• Coordinate and support annual audit with external auditors.
• Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Prepare monthly financial results, trends, and KPIs.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting for management decisions.
• Assist in the annual budgeting process.
• Leverage tech, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and controls.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
