Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the precision installation of electrical and structural fixtures for passenger trains.
• Lead the assembly team to ensure proper procedures and techniques are followed.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and are defect-free.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies to boost assembly efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular production progress reports.
• Attend management meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
