Job summary

Stadler US is seeking a Final Assembly Team Lead (Mechanical) in Salt Lake City to oversee the electrical final assembly for passenger trains, ensuring products meet quality standards and ship on schedule. Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing or assembly environments.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Leadership experience preferred.
SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the precision installation of electrical and structural fixtures for passenger trains.
Lead the assembly team to ensure adherence to procedures and techniques.
Ensure products meet quality standards and are defect-free.
Develop continuous improvement strategies to enhance assembly processes and efficiency.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with engineering and quality control to identify and resolve production issues.
Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports.
Attend management meetings to discuss production goals and strategies.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
