Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and techniques.
• Capable of working under pressure and managing priorities.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical final assembly process for passenger trains.
• Direct assembly team to follow proper procedures and techniques.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and schedules.
• Develop continuous improvement strategies to boost efficiency.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control to resolve production issues.
• Maintain records and report production progress and performance.
• Attend management meetings to discuss goals and strategies.
