You will partner with technology, operations, and business teams to improve processes, define metrics, and deliver scalable connectivity programs across the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in client-facing tech solutions.
• Expertise with Sterling File Gateway and file transmission tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior SME for file connectivity and lifecycle management.
• Lead complex client onboarding and production transmission work.
• Analyze requirements and recommend secure, scalable solutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex connectivity issues.
• Develop and maintain connectivity standards and docs.
• Mentor consultants and lead cross-functional initiatives.
