You will set up and calibrate winding machines, monitor quality, assist in cross-training, perform maintenance, and help ensure on-time delivery of high-quality composites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical certifications preferred.
• Five years of filament winding experience.
• Basic understanding of composite materials and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate filament winding equipment to produce high-quality composite components.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain winding equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes for quality and specifications.
• Train new team members on filament winding processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Document production processes and report deviations or issues.
