Job summary

Asys Technology Group is seeking a Winder Operator to set up, operate, and maintain filament winding machines for composite tubes. You will prepare materials, monitor the winding process, and ensure adherence to safety and quality instructions.

Responsibilities include loading materials, controlling tension, speed, and pattern, inspecting finished products, and performing routine machine maintenance and data recording.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience reading technical drawings and quality inspection techniques is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up filament winding machines per work instructions and schedules.
• Load materials and monitor winding parameters (tension, speed, pattern).
• Inspect finished products for defects and record production data.
• Perform routine maintenance and keep the workspace clean and safe.
• Adhere to ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management standards.
