X-Bow Systems in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Winder - Filament Winding Operator to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will operate filament winding equipment, set up and calibrate machinery, and ensure production meets strict quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Operate filament winding equipment to produce high-quality composite components.
Set up, calibrate, and maintain winding equipment for optimal performance.
Monitor production to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet goals and deadlines.
Assist in training new team members on filament winding processes and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform routine maintenance.
