Job summary

C Ti CRM is seeking an experienced Instructor/SME to support fighter aircraft training at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC. The role requires current and previous fighter-type instruction with extensive flight and academic expertise, plus the ability to lead simulator missions and deliver syllabus-based training.

Candidates should have 500+ flight hours in the listed aircraft, completed instructor training, and readiness to maintain currency in ground training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have fighter experience within last 8 years on listed fighter aircraft as instructor or qualified contract instructor.
• Minimum 500 flight hours on listed aircraft.
• Completed Air Combat Command Classroom Instructor Course or MAJCOM equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain qualification to fly simulator as 2- or 4-ship lead instructor.
• Maintain ground training currency (IRC, CRM/FRM) and meet physical qualifications.
• Provide instruction IAW syllabus and Performance Work Statement requirements.
• Contribute to courseware development and support instructor duties.
• Perform other duties as required.
