Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse.
• Ability to communicate scientific data accurately to physicians.
• Proven credibility with customers and stakeholders to deliver differentiated Customer Experience (Cx).

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications of BMS products within defined territory to meet targets.
• Provide balanced clinical and scientific rationale for product use in appropriate patients.
• Maintain scientific expertise across products and therapeutic areas and support territory planning.
• Collaborate with other field teams to optimize Customer Experience (Cx).
• Gathers and shares insights to enable better service to customers.
