Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology for the Oklahoma/Tulsa region. The TAS drives demand for oncology medicines, engaging healthcare providers with scientific dialogue and maintaining deep product knowledge across the portfolio in a field-based role.

You will build territory plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and support compliant promotion while focusing on patient outcomes through data-driven insights and CE^3-enabled call planning.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales / MSL / HCP roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data clearly to physicians.
• Demonstrated credibility with key customers, office staff, and others in the customer network.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Strong account management and selling skills with a history of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet/exceed targets.
• Engages with HCPs with scientific dialogue and uses CE^3 insights to inform call planning.
• Prepares and implements territory/account plans and shares insights with stakeholders.
• Organizes external speaker programs and supports medical information needs.
