Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Specific Technician V to perform field data collection and local observations supporting utility infrastructure projects. This role emphasizes field work with exposure to varying weather and the need for sound judgment based on specifications.

The PSTV will operate with minimal supervision, use electronic devices, and may participate in storm response teams as needed. Strong safety awareness and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred.
• OSHA 10 or higher is desirable.
• Background and motor vehicle checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and follow daily task directions.
• Perform field data collection using standard tools and methods.
• Drive safely to project sites using maps, GPS, and drawings.
• Walk project sites and complete preassigned tasks.
• Communicate with project stakeholders effectively.
• Assess field conditions and ensure compliance with specs.
