Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates preferred.
• 3+ years of Substation Testing Experience.
• NETA II/III or NICET II certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Strong independent judgement and client interaction skills.
• Experience leading highly technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Performs equipment, control system testing, troubleshooting, relay testing, start-up and commissioning services.
• Lead team of varying skill levels for multiple markets and scopes.
• Mentors less experienced field staff ensuring quality.
• Attends construction meetings, manages RFIs, and coordinates with engineers and clients.
• Prepares field testing, troubleshooting, investigation, and construction progress reports.
• Assists in detailed design of Electric Power Systems and reviews work of others.
