Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Senior Technician to lead pours, mentor field teams, and own the quality of project records on major inspections. You will coordinate with engineers and building officials, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with IBC inspection programs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CMT or special inspection, plus NICET/ICC/ACI certifications. Willingness to travel is required as projects span multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians and coordinate with superintendents.
• Interface with engineers and building officials to own the quality record.
• Coordinate daily with engineers, officials, and project staff across sites.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
