Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking senior technicians to lead concrete testing and IBC-based special inspections on structural projects. You will mentor junior field technicians, interface with engineers and officials, and own the quality of the project records across multi-state deployments.

The role requires 3+ years in CMT or special inspection, certs (ICC/NICET/ACI), and willingness to travel. You will be integral in ensuring documentation is robust and defensible during audits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Comfortable owning the testing record on major placements.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per project IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
