Construction Material Testing is seeking a Senior Technician to lead concrete testing and IBC special inspections on major structural projects. You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate with engineers and officials, and drive quality records across multi-state deployments.

The role requires 3+ years in CMT or special inspection, relevant certifications, and willing travel. You will own the testing record and ensure compliance with program specs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+ or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.
• Ability to own the testing record and to interface with engineers and officials.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per project IBC special inspection programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians.
• Coordinate daily with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
• Support multi-state industrial deployments on a project basis.
