Kodiak Gas Services is seeking a senior field technician to operate and service compressor packages, gas processes, and rentals. The role requires advanced diagnostic skills and the ability to backfill leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years in compression or related field preferred.
• Experience with gas processes and compressor packages.
• Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain compressor packages and gas processes.
• Troubleshoot complex repairs and perform major overhauls.
• Provide input for operating policies and budgeting planning.
• Maintain safe and compliant work practices per HSE.
• Maintain equipment and clean, organized work areas.
• Be on 24/7 coverage with overtime and on-call rotations.
• Mentor junior staff and backfill lead when needed.
