Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Field Technician III to lead complex data center infrastructure, network integration, and field operations on a seven-month assignment with potential for direct employment.

The role demands 5+ years in data center infrastructure, fiber optics, network troubleshooting, and wireless design, along with leadership to coordinate technical teams across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data center infrastructure, network integration, or telecommunications environments.
• Advanced knowledge of power distribution, fiber architecture, and site expansion activities.
• Strong troubleshooting of Layer 1/2 networks and wireless environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center installations, site migrations, decommissions, and expansions.
• Manage PDUs, high-density fiber, equipment deployment, and remote-hands support.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues with iDRAC/iLO and perform server management analysis.
• Diagnose VLAN/LACP/Spanning Tree network issues and verify physical connectivity.
• Perform advanced fiber inspection, testing, and OTDR-based troubleshooting.
• Design and optimize wireless networks for high-density environments and conduct site surveys.
• Lead RCA for major incidents and develop operational standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
