Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking L1/L2 Field Technicians for a telecommunications infrastructure provider. Roles include installation, repair, and testing at data centers and remote POPs, with night, weekend, and emergency maintenance shifts.

The contract positions run at least 6 months with up to $27 per hour, depending on experience. Candidates should have 2–5 years in telecom field and strong collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of telecom-related experience.
• Strong data center and network infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with routers, switches, DWDM, and optical gear.
• Ability to read telecom testing standards and use test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain data centers and remote POPs with high quality.
• Assist with card additions, replacements, software upgrades, and testing.
• Run site surveys and audits to support builds, upgrades, or decommissioning.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, compliant installation and repair.
• Support site space, power, and equipment deployment assessments.
• Suggest improvements to raise network asset quality and efficiency.
• Manage site access, equipment staging, and other logistics.
