Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior technician to lead concrete testing and special inspection on major structural projects. You will mentor junior technicians, coordinate daily with engineers and officials, and own the quality of the project record under IBC programs.

You will travel for defined project programs, hold certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI), and manage test records with authority and responsibility on high-stakes deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CMT or special inspection experience.
• ICC Reinforced Concrete or Soils, NICET Level II+, or ACI certifications.
• Willing to travel for defined project programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead fresh-concrete testing and special inspection on structural work.
• Perform and document inspections per project IBC programs.
• Mentor and check junior field technicians; coordinate with superintendents, engineers, and officials.
