Pennoni is hiring a Senior Surveyor for a full-time, direct position in the Milton, DE area. The role oversees Survey & Survey Mapping projects, prepares legal descriptions, and conducts boundary and ALTA surveys, while planning field work and maintaining client relations.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of field/land surveying experience, a high school diploma, and willingness to work in the field as needed. Proficiency with modern surveying tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision/management of Survey & Survey Mapping projects.
• Prepare legal descriptions and easement descriptions.
• Conduct boundary, ALTA and topographic surveys.
• Prepare plans and construction layouts.
• Schedule field crews to meet deadlines.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Occasionally work in the field.
• Expand the department within the market area.
