Job summary

KLA is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager for our Austin, TX operations. You will own end-to-end ramp programs, coordinating across Operations, Service, Applications, Installation Management and Supply Chain to meet customer milestones.

Responsibilities include ramp planning, readiness reviews, risk mitigation, and executive communications. Strong cross-functional leadership, strategic forecasting, and customer relationship management are essential to drive successful deployments and

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, field service, manufacturing, or customer support.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and customer-facing initiatives.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive results across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Ramp Programs and manage end-to-end ramp initiatives, including tool deployments and qualifications.
  • Develop ramp plans, schedules, milestones, and readiness reviews across multiple functions.
  • Coordinate activities across Operations, Service, Applications, Installation Management, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer teams.
  • Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation to maintain schedule and production commitments.
  • Lead installation readiness planning and ensure site readiness and resource alignment.
  • Monitor progress and provide recovery actions to stay on plan.
  • Manage customer communications and deliver executive-level ramp updates and risk reports.
  • Forecast staffing and coordinate resources across global teams to meet demand.
  • Escalate and manage risks with leadership visibility and structured processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement and share BKMs to enhance execution quality.
