Job summary

KLA is a global leader in diversified electronics for the semiconductor manufacturing ecosystem, seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Program Manager in Milpitas, CA. You will drive global TA programs, process improvements, and technology initiatives to enhance hiring efficiency and experience.

You will partner with HR, IT, Legal, and business stakeholders to design, measure, and optimize recruiting processes, while leading change management and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of Talent Acquisition Operations/HR Operations/Program Management.
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional projects and programs.
  • Experience with HR, recruiting, or workforce technology solutions.
  • Experience in process improvement within a complex organization.
  • Ability to develop executive-level reporting and data analysis.
  • Experience with UAT, testing, and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead global Talent Acquisition projects from planning through implementation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, communications, risk mitigation, and exec updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.
  • Track adoption, outcomes, and project success metrics.
  • Analyze recruiting processes to identify efficiency, quality, automation, and scalability opportunities.
  • Document current-state and future-state workflows, requirements, and SOPs.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements for global consistency.
  • Support implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies and integrations.
  • Participate in testing, UAT, deployment activities, and post-launch support.
  • Analyze data, identify trends and risks, and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Develop change management and enablement plans; drive adoption metrics.
