Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience in commercial construction field supervision.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate and work on-site as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide field supervision of on-site trade work focusing on safety and quality.
• Coordinate material delivery and installation activities.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between trades.
• Monitor workforce production and ensure compliance.
• Collaborate with project management teams to address issues.
• Promote safety culture and enforce compliance with safety policies.
• Mentor junior field staff.
