Job summary

Attic Projects, a leading remodeling company, seeks an Associate Field Supervisor/Superintendent to manage non-personnel assets and supervise field operations in Southern California. You will report to the Operations Manager and oversee vehicles, tools, and equipment, while training crews and ensuring safety and quality on projects.

The role requires hands-on leadership, 3+ years in construction management, and the ability to access attic/crawl spaces.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in management in home improvement or construction.
• Hands-on field experience leading installation projects.
• Able to crawl into attic and crawl spaces through a 22"x30" opening.
• Proven experience supervising a small team, including training and daily oversight.
• Familiarity with managing vehicles, tools and equipment and keeping them in good condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility’s fleet of vehicles and stages vehicles for next day’s projects.
• Oversees equipment inventory and cleans/organizes warehouses daily.
• Supervise field operations including insulation, rodent control, crawl space restoration.
• Support training and supervision of crews to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Act as crew safety manager and run regular site audits.
• Handle customer service requests and report issues promptly.
• Verify daily logs, scheduling and reporting accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
