Job summary

Attic Projects, a growing home improvement company, seeks a Superintendent after a 90‑day Operations Management Trainee phase. The role oversees field crews, coordinates project supervision, quality control, and safety, reporting to the Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of construction supervision, strong leadership, and experience with field operations. This full-time, on-site position offers advancement opportunities and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction supervision or related field
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Experience supervising field crews and coordinating activities
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
• Proficient with BuilderTrend, Salesforce or similar CRM

Responsibilities

• Ensures initial and onsite training of the field-level workforce.
• Acts as crew safety manager, enforcing OSHA standards.
• Manages equipment, tools, materials, and PPE at the facility.
• Conducts site audits and QC visits.
• Maintains work truck/vans and schedules maintenance.
• Responds to Customer Service Requests (CRS).
• Oversees staging/cleaning of vehicles and signs off on loading checklists.
• Performs inventory and local purchases as directed by Ops Manager.
• Mitigates downtime by testing tools and troubleshooting equipment.
• Manages local vendor relationships for inventory strategies.
• Verifies daily logs and clock-in/out of crew members.
• Attends meetings and assists in crew lead selection.
