Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of superintendent experience in site development, heavy civil or roadway construction
• Experience managing a team of 3+ employees
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Valid Driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations for site development and roadway projects
• Manage earthwork, drainage, underground utilities, paving, and concrete work
• Review contract drawings, specs, and change orders
• Maintain schedules and ensure work meets client expectations
• Ensure materials and equipment comply with submittals and shop drawings
• Enforce safety plans and OSHA standards on site
• Submit daily reports and time sheets; monitor pay quantities
• Identify potential change orders and communicate with Project Manager
