Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma with 5+ years of road construction supervision experience.
- Preferred: Traffic Control Supervisor Certification
- Asphalt Paving Level 1 & 2
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Understand plans and owner specifications.
- Supervise and ensure work meets contract specifications.
- Accurately perform quantity take-offs and determine material requirements.
- Prepare detailed resource requirements from estimates and specifications.
- Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress.
- Prepare and submit 2 Week Look Ahead schedule per CPM schedule.
- Verify subcontractor quantities and analyze estimates vs. as-built costs.
