Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks an OCC Superintendent II to oversee field construction across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and finishes with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years as a Lead Superintendent on commercial, educational, or government projects and a strong track record of multi-trade coordination and on-site leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years as Lead Superintendent on commercial, educational, or government projects.
• Stable work history with leadership on interior and exterior builds.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reporting, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project software (MS Project, Office).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate field construction across multiple trades.
• Review drawings and assist in scope of work development.
• Develop and maintain project schedules; ensure timelines.
• Lead and attend weekly client progress meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and resolve conflicts on site.
• Track submittals, shop drawings, and material logs.
• Prepare daily progress reports and photo documentation.
• Review subcontractor payments and adherence to safety.
