Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field construction activities on projects across multiple disciplines in the United States. You will manage subcontractors, craft personnel, safety programs, scheduling, and quality to ensure successful project execution.

Candidate should have strong field construction experience in OSM, I&C, LSS, Security, Telecom, Electrical, or Fire Protection/Mechanical/Plumbing, with a bachelor’s degree in construction management or

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing field construction activities across multiple disciplines.
• Ability to read drawings, specs, codes, and installation requirements.
• Strong leadership, coordination, scheduling, and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field construction activities with project leadership, field teams, and subcontractors.
• Supervise multiple subcontractors and craft personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and quality execution.
• Monitor and adjust schedules to meet milestones and coordinate across trades.
• Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with protocols.
• Identify and resolve field design, installation, and constructability issues.
• Provide practical field solutions using technical and construction expertise.
• Ensure installations comply with drawings, specs, codes, and permits.
• Review field conditions to support scope development and cost estimates.
• Manage subcontractor activities and verify work aligns with contract and scope.
• Coordinate cross-discipline activities to maintain workflow and project execution.
• Assist with staffing and allocation of field personnel.
• Maintain clear communication on progress, risks, and priorities.
