Grunley Construction is seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead construction site activities for high-profile projects. The role oversees materials, equipment, labor, and field logistics, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years in construction, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent on large-scale efforts (~$120M), and must be proficient with EM-385-1-1 standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years as Superintendent on projects similar in size and complexity to $120M.
• Familiar with EM-385-1-1 requirements and safety compliance.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction site activities, materials, tools, equipment, and labor.
• Manage job site logistics, scheduling, and quality control.
• Enforce safety programs and field office operations; maintain morale.
• Coordinate with Grunley employees and subcontractors to meet schedule.
• Report to the Director of Field Operations and support project executives.
