• Proven ability to run multiple trades and maintain schedule
• Tech-savvy with JobTread or similar construction management software
• Strong eye for quality and finish details
• Leadership presence with subs and crews; organized and respected
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Run daily field operations across active builds from sitework through final punch.
• Own the project schedule in the field and coordinate trades to stay on timeline.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to meet quality and schedule expectations.
• Oversee sitework, grading, and survey layout; verify against site and grading plans.
• Operate small-to-medium machinery as needed to keep work moving.
• Maintain high-end finish quality and enforce job-site safety.
• Document daily progress, issues, and changes in JobTread with logs and photos.
• Communicate field status clearly to ownership and the Project Manager.
