Vaughn Construction is seeking a senior on-site Superintendent to lead field supervision on complex projects across Texas. You will develop and implement site logistics plans, oversee trades, ensure adherence to project plans, quality procedures, and safety standards, and coordinate with project management and QA/QC teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a project superintendent on CMAR, hard bid, or design-build projects over $10M.
• Experience with healthcare, higher education, and/or laboratory projects with a GC preferred.
• Experience with self-perform work in excavation, concrete, and finish carpentry.

Responsabilités

• Develop clear site logistics, lifting, hoisting, deliveries and site access plans.
• Inspect construction activities for quality and safety per plans and specs.
• Enforce Vaughn's safety program and OSHA rules.
• Coordinate trade installations to mitigate sequencing and constructability issues.
• Lead and train on-site assistants and workers to adhere to policies and procedures.
• Maintain schedules, time sheets, and daily construction reports.
