The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of supervisory construction experience, with CDL endorsements preferred. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related construction supervision experience.
• Supervisory experience required in construction activities.
• CDL with endorsements and a clean driving record.
• Advanced mechanical skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall on-site field supervision for the project site.
• Coordinate, direct, and lead workers engaged in construction activities.
• Review and verify employee time sheets and monitor safety procedures.
• Recognize priority projects or problems and communicate with Superintendent/PM.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA rules.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
